Stat. § 35-7-373","heading":"Registration of aircraft.","body":"(a) Any person engaged in the activity or business of applying pesticides utilizing any type of aircraft shall register each aircraft annually with the Wyoming department of agriculture, on a printed form provided by the department. The registration shall include the following:\n(i) Manufacturer, model and type of aircraft;\n(ii) Identification number assigned to the aircraft;\n(iii) Owner of the aircraft; and\n(iv) User of the aircraft if different from the owner.\n(b) The fee authorized by W.S. 11-1-104 shall be charged to each person registering aircraft.
