Stat. § 35-9-113","heading":"Certain structures declared nuisance; hearing.","body":"Upon application of the state fire marshal, county fire warden or the chief of a fire department or district, the court shall order a hearing within twenty (20) days from the date of the filing of the answer. If the court sustains the order, the court shall fix a time within which the order shall be enforced.
