Stat. § 35-9-129","heading":"Fees.","body":"(a) The fees for licenses, work permits, examinations and apprentice registrations shall be determined by the department but shall not exceed:\n(i)  Electrical contractor's license    $400.00\n(ii) Low voltage electrical contractor's license\n$200.00\n(iii) Limited electrical contractor's license\n$200.00\n(iv)  Master electrician license   $200.00\n(v)  Journeyman electrician license     $100.00\n(vi) Low voltage technician's license $100.00\n(vii)  Limited technician's license     $100.00\n(viii) Temporary working permit for journeyman electrician, low voltage technician or limited technician\n$50.00\n(ix)  Examination fee    $300.00\n(x)  Apprentice registration fee   $20.00\n(b) Ninety-five percent (95%) of the fees collected pursuant to subsection (a) of this section shall be deposited in a separate account for the purpose of providing additional state electrical inspectors.
