Stat. § 4-10-110","heading":"Others treated as qualified beneficiaries.","body":"(a) Whenever notice to qualified beneficiaries of a trust is required under this act before the death of the settlor, the trustee may give notice to any beneficiary from whom the trustee has received a written request for notice if the trustee has the written consent of the settlor.\n(b) Whenever notice to qualified beneficiaries of a trust is required under this act after the death of the settlor, the trustee shall give notice to any beneficiary from whom the trustee has received a written request for notice unless the terms of the trust specify otherwise.\n(c) A charitable organization expressly mandated to receive distributions under the terms of a charitable trust or a person appointed to enforce a trust created for the care of an animal or another noncharitable purpose as provided in W.S. 4-10-409 or 4-10-410 has the rights of a qualified beneficiary under this act.\n(d) The attorney general of this state may exercise the rights of a qualified beneficiary with respect to a charitable trust having its principal place of administration in this state by notifying the trustee by written notice.","path":["TITLE 4 - TRUSTS","CHAPTER 10 - UNIFORM TRUST CODE","ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title04.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:31Z","sha256":"ff4f1a4096643612635557322065ccc579bf90b1f61fb2d715ee7bcf42ed132b","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-4-10-109","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-4-10-111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
