Stat. § 40-10-128","heading":"Sale from bulk.","body":"(a) Except when the parties agree in advance that a delivery ticket is not required, all bulk sales in which the buyer and seller are not both present to witness the measurement shall be accompanied by a delivery ticket containing the following information:\n(i) The name and address of the buyer and seller;\n(ii) The date delivered;\n(iii) The quantity delivered and the quantity upon which the price is based, if this differs from the delivered quantity, such as when temperature compensated sales are made;\n(iv) The identity of the product in the most descriptive terms commercially practicable, including any quality representation made in connection with the sale; and\n(v) The count of individually wrapped packages, for commodities purchased from bulk, but delivered in packages;\n(vi) The unit price, unless all parties agree the unit price is not required.","path":["TITLE 40 - TRADE AND COMMERCE","CHAPTER 10 - WEIGHTS AND MEASURES"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title40.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"9eeb8fa05fd17e4b1f2a88f07c6eb7da4ff9e6276df705f614ccc235d11a66a1","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-40-10-127","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-40-10-129"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
