Stat. § 40-10-133","heading":"Criminal penalties.","body":"Any person who commits any of the acts enumerated in W.S. 40-10-132 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon a first conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than three (3) months, or both.
