Stat. § 40-12-206","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(a) Except as provided by subsection (b) of this section, any individual who violates this article is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both, for each violation.\n(b) Whoever intentionally violates this article is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or both.
