Stat. § 42-10-201","heading":"Prohibition on waiver of work requirements and exemptions.","body":"Note: this section is effective as of 1/1/2027.\n(a) The department of family services shall not seek, apply for, accept or renew any waiver of work requirements under 7 U.S.C. § 2015(o)(4) without first obtaining specific authorization from the legislature.
