Stat. § 7-13-1101","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(a) As used in this article:\n(i) \"Department\" means the department of corrections;\n(ii) \"Intensive supervision program\" means a program established under W.S. 7-13-1102 which allows participants to live or work in the community under close supervision methods;\n(iii) \"Validated risk-need assessment\" means an actuarial assessment tool that assesses the dynamic and static factors that drive criminal behavior.
