Stat. § 9-15-102","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(a) As used in this chapter:\n(i) \"Board\" means the Wyoming wildlife and natural resource trust account board created by W.S. 9-15-104;\n(ii) \"Income account\" means the Wyoming wildlife and natural resource trust income account created by W.S. 9-15-103(b);\n(iii) \"Large project\" means a project for which the total of all grants sought or previously awarded under this act equals or exceeds four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000.00);\n(iv) \"Natural resource heritage\" means renewable natural resources managed under a balanced stewardship that provides for the optimization of social, economic and cultural benefits for the citizens of Wyoming;\n(v) \"Select committee\" means the select natural resource funding committee created by W.S. 28-11-401;\n(vi) \"Small project\" means a project for which the total of all grants sought or previously awarded under this act is less than four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000.00);\n(vii) \"Trust account\" means the Wyoming wildlife and natural resource trust account created by W.S. 9-15-103(a);\n(viii) \"This act\" means W.S. 9-15-101 through 9-15-107.","path":["TITLE 9 - ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMEN","CHAPTER 15 - WILDLIFE AND NATURAL RESOURCE FUNDING","ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title09.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"02b2c0618e2d4e186dd8b29b952c8f0172737d9b43029880806f9507c46c2cb7","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-9-15-101","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-9-15-103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
