Stat. § 9-16-101","heading":"Energy impacted county roads program; definitions.","body":"(a) As used in this chapter:\n(i) \"Board\" means the state loan and investment board;\n(ii) \"Energy impacted counties\" means counties which are eligible for funding under this chapter as determined in accordance with W.S. 9-16-102;\n(iii) \"Energy impacted county road\" means a county dedicated and maintained road serving a site or sites, on which energy development has occurred, which requires construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation or expansion as a result of energy development as determined by the board;\n(iv) \"Road\" includes:\n(A) Bridges and culverts;\n(B) Rights of way; and\n(C) Purchase of land to complete a county road and bridge project.\n(v) \"Program\" means the energy impacted county road program created by W.S. 9-16-102.","path":["TITLE 9 - ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMEN","CHAPTER 16 - ENERGY IMPACTED COUNTY ROADS PROGRAM"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title09.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"c893c19d7b54030e7a5ce17fdba4cbf335f41fe12c9ae24666524eb68dd1ad37","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-9-15-1104","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-9-16-102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
