Stat. § 9-17-105","heading":"General duties of board of directors.","body":"(a) The board of directors shall provide the chief executive officer with private sector perspectives of a large marketing enterprise. The board shall:\n(i) Approve, disapprove, amend or modify the budget recommended by the chief executive officer for the operation of the corporation;\n(ii) Approve, disapprove, amend or modify the terms of major lottery procurements recommended by the chief executive officer;\n(iii) Hear appeals of hearings required by this chapter;\n(iv) Adopt regulations, policies and procedures relating to the conduct of lottery games and as specified in W.S. 9-17-108;\n(v) Ensure that lottery games are operated and managed in a manner that maximizes revenues, including revenues to the state and its counties, cities and towns; and\n(vi) Perform other functions as specified by this chapter.","path":["TITLE 9 - ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMEN","CHAPTER 17 - WYOMING LOTTERY"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title09.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"fb8d782060b2abafb1908347aeda4011049abbe618e15a621b3a43b8301d6782","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-9-17-104","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-9-17-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
