Stat. § 9-2-902","heading":"Terms of members; vacancies; chairman and vice-chairman; expenses; personnel.","body":"(a) The term of office of each member of the board is three (3) years. Vacancies shall be filled by the governor for the unexpired term. The board shall select from its membership a chairman and vice-chairman.
