Stat. § 9-23-107","heading":"Prohibited acts; civil penalty; initiation of action.","body":"(a) No person, including any agency official or employee, shall:\n(i) In any way be involved in any gratuities, kickbacks, or contingent fees in connection with the selection procedure set forth in this act;\n(ii) If providing professional services, pay any fee, commission, gift or other consideration contingent upon the award of a contract for professional services pursuant to this act.\n(b) Any person violating subsection (a) of this section or W.S. 9-23-106 is liable for a penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).
