{"data":{"id":"us/10-cfr-1704.8","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"10 CFR 1704.8","heading":"Transcripts, recordings, or minutes of closed meetings.","body":"Along with the General Counsel's certification and presiding officer's statement referred to in § 1704.5(d), the Board shall maintain a complete transcript or electronic recording adequate to record fully the proceedings of each meeting, or a portion thereof, closed to the public. The Board may maintain a set of minutes in lieu of such transcript or recording for meetings closed pursuant to § 1704.4(i).
