{"data":{"id":"us/10-cfr-26.21","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"10 CFR 26.21","heading":"Fitness-for-duty program.","body":"The licensees and other entities specified in § 26.3(a) through (c) and (f) (for those licensees and other entities that do not implement the requirements in subparts M and K of this part) shall establish, implement, and maintain FFD programs that, at a minimum, comprise the program elements contained in this subpart. The individuals specified in § 26.4(a) through (e) and (g), and, at the licensee's or other entity's discretion, § 26.4(f), and, if necessary, § 26.4(j) shall be subject to these FFD programs.
