Whoever violates § 490.603 shall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than $11,128 for each violation.\n(b) Willful violations. Whoever willfully violates section 490.603 of this part shall pay a criminal fine of not more than $10,000 for each violation.\n(c) Repeated violations.
