{"data":{"id":"us/11-cfr-100.76","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"11 CFR 100.76","heading":"Use of church or community room.","body":"No contribution results where an individual, in the course of volunteering personal services to any candidate or political committee of a political party, obtains the use of a church or community room and provides such room to any candidate for candidate-related activity or to any political committee of a political party for party-related activity, provided that the room is used on a regular basis by members of the community for noncommercial purposes and the room is available for use by members of the community without regard to political affiliation.
