{"data":{"id":"us/12-cfr-1213.2","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"12 CFR 1213.2","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For purposes of this part, the term:\nBusiness relationship means any existing or potential interaction between a person and a regulated entity or the Office of Finance for the provision of goods or services. The term business relationship does not include any interaction between a mortgagor and a regulated entity that directly or indirectly owns, purchased, guarantees, or sold the mortgage.\nDirector means the Director of FHFA or his or her designee.\nFHFA means the Federal Housing Finance Agency.\nOffice of Finance means the Office of Finance of the Federal Home Loan Bank System.\nPerson means an organization, business entity, or individual that has a business relationship with a regulated entity or the Office of Finance, or that represents the interests of a person that has a business relationship with a regulated entity or the Office of Finance.
