This section contains the procedures to be followed by an insured depository institution to seek the prior consent of the FDIC to modify the requirement of a prior approval of a filing issued by the FDIC.\n(b) Where to file. Applicants should submit a letter application to the appropriate FDIC regional director.\n(c) Content of filing. The application should contain the following information:\n(1) A description of the original approved application;\n(2) A description of the modification requested; and\n(3) The reason for the request.\n(d) Additional information. The FDIC may request additional information at any time during processing of the filing.\n(e) Processing.
