{"data":{"id":"us/12-cfr-308.511","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"12 CFR 308.511","heading":"Notice of hearing.","body":"(a) When the ALJ receives the complaint and answer, the ALJ will promptly serve a notice of hearing upon the defendant in the manner prescribed by § 308.507 of this subpart.
