{"data":{"id":"us/12-cfr-313.46","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"12 CFR 313.46","heading":"Notice of salary offset where FDIC is the paying agency.","body":"(a) Upon issuance of a proper certification by the Director for debts owed to the FDIC, or upon receipt of a proper certification from a creditor agency, the Director shall send the employee a written notice of salary offset.
