{"data":{"id":"us/13-cfr-305.8","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"13 CFR 305.8","heading":"Recipient-furnished equipment and materials.","body":"The Recipient may wish to incorporate into the Project equipment or materials that it will secure through its own efforts, subject to the following requirements:\n(a) EDA must approve any use of Recipient-furnished equipment and materials.
