The following entities are eligible to apply:\n(1) Universities or affiliated organizations;\n(2) States or local governments; or\n(3) Non-profit organizations.\n(b) Entities selected to operate the TAACs are awarded cooperative agreements and work closely with EDA and import-impacted firms.
