This section applies to each educational institution to which §§ 1253.300 through 1253.310 apply that:\n(1) Admitted students of only one sex as regular students as of June 23, 1972; or\n(2) Admitted students of only one sex as regular students as of June 23, 1965, but thereafter admitted, as regular students, students of the sex not admitted prior to June 23, 1965.\n(b) Provision for transition plans.
