{"data":{"id":"us/14-cfr-13.37","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"14 CFR 13.37","heading":"Hearing officer: Assignment and powers.","body":"As soon as practicable after the filing of the complaint, the Director of the Office of Adjudication will assign a hearing officer to preside over the matter.
