{"data":{"id":"us/14-cfr-294.20","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"14 CFR 294.20","heading":"Applying for registration.","body":"To apply for registration under this part, a Canadian charter air taxi operator shall file with the Department's Office of International Aviation, U.S. Air Carrier Licensing/Special Authorities Division, the following:\n(a) A currently effective certificate of insurance (see § 294.40); and\n(b) Three copies of OST Forms 4523 and 4505, which may be obtained from the Department's Office of International Aviation, U.S. Air Carrier Licensing/Special Authorities Division.
