{"data":{"id":"us/14-cfr-298.50","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"14 CFR 298.50","heading":"Application.","body":"(a) Any person desiring to provide air transportation as a commuter air carrier must first obtain a Commuter Air Carrier Authorization.
