{"data":{"id":"us/14-cfr-414.15","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"14 CFR 414.15","heading":"Application concurrent with vehicle operator license application.","body":"(a) An applicant for a vehicle operator license may also identify one or more sections of its application for which it seeks to obtain a safety element approval concurrently with a license. An applicant applying for a safety element approval concurrently with a license must—\n(1) Meet the applicable requirements of part 450;\n(2) Provide the information required in § 414.13(b)(3) and (c)(2) and (3); and\n(3) Specify the sections of the license application that support the application for a safety element approval.\n(b) The scope of the safety element approval will be limited to what the application supports.
