{"data":{"id":"us/14-cfr-450.33","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"14 CFR 450.33","heading":"Incremental review and determinations.","body":"An applicant may submit its application for a safety review in modules using an incremental approach approved by the Administrator.\n(a) An applicant must identify to the Administrator, prior to submitting an application, whether it will submit a modular application for any approval or determination.\n(b) An applicant using an incremental approach must have the approach approved by the Administrator prior to submitting an application.
