General site preparation:\n(a) Clearing of site.\n(b) Grubbing of site.\n(c) Grading of site.\n(d) Storm drainage of site.\n2. Erosion control.\n3. Grading to remove obstructions.\n4. Grading for installing navigation aids on airport property.\n5. Dredging of seaplane anchorages and channels.\nTypical Ineligible Items\n1.
