If the last day of a specified period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal public holiday, the period will be extended until the next working day.\nFOIA means the Freedom of Information Act, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552.\nPrivacy Act means the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552a.\nOGIS means the Office of Government Information Services of the National Archives and Records Administration. OGIS offers FOIA dispute resolution services, which is a voluntary process.
