L. 108-375, Title XIV, sections 1401 to 1408; 10 U.S.C. 113 note). The Director will enter into a Memorandum of Agreement regarding collaboration with other Federal agencies charged with implementing the Sunken Military Craft Act that may address aspects of managing and protecting sunken military craft.
