{"data":{"id":"us/15-cfr-922.81","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"15 CFR 922.81","heading":"Definitions.","body":"In addition to those definitions found at § 922.11, the following definitions apply to this subpart:\nMotorized personal watercraft means a vessel which uses an inboard motor powering a water jet pump as its primary source of motive power and which is designed to be operated by a person sitting, standing, or kneeling on the vessel, rather than the conventional manner of sitting or standing inside the vessel.\nRoutine maintenance means customary and standard procedures for maintaining docks or piers.\nSpecial Wildlife Protection Zones are areas surrounding or adjacent to high abundance of white sharks, breeding pinnipeds (seals and sea lions) or high abundance and high biological diversity of breeding birds that are susceptible to human caused disturbance, including federally listed and specially protected species.
