{"data":{"id":"us/19-cfr-133.36","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"19 CFR 133.36","heading":"Change in name of owner of recorded copyright.","body":"If there is a change in the name of the owner of a recorded copyright, but no transfer of ownership, written notice specifying the change shall be given to the IPR \u0026 Restricted Merchandise Branch accompanied by the following:\n(a) A certified copy of any document recorded in the U.S. Copyright Office showing the change in the name of the owner; and\n(b) Payment of a fee of $80, which covers all copyrights included in the application which have been previously recorded with the CBP.
