DoD implements 2 CFR 200.315(d) and (e) through award terms and conditions.\n(c) Award terms and conditions—(1) General. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must include the wording appendix F to this part provides for Section C of PROP Article VI.\n(2) Exception.
