(2) Amounts donated to the Fund. (3) Interest on the balance of the Fund. (b) ExpendituresAmounts in the Fund shall be expended at the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives, upon notification provided by the Chief Administrative Officer to the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives, and shall remain available until expended.
