(See §§ 416.220 through 416.223 of this part.)\nParent means a natural parent, an adoptive parent, or the spouse of a natural or adoptive parent.\nParticipating payroll data provider means a payroll data provider that has established an information exchange with us to provide wage and employment information.\nPayroll data provider means payroll providers, wage verification companies, and other commercial or non-commercial entities that collect and maintain information regarding employment and wages.\nRepresentative payee means an individual, an agency, or an institution selected by us to receive and manage SSI benefits on your behalf.
