{"data":{"id":"us/20-cfr-652.201","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"20 CFR 652.201","heading":"What is the role of the State Workforce Agency in the one-stop delivery system?","body":"(a) The role of the State Workforce Agency (SWA) in the one-stop delivery system is to ensure the delivery of services authorized under sec. 7(a) of the Wagner-Peyser Act.
