{"data":{"id":"us/20-cfr-655.164","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"20 CFR 655.164","heading":"Denied certification.","body":"If temporary agricultural labor certification is denied, the CO will send a Final Determination notice to the employer and a copy, if appropriate, to the employer's agent or attorney using an electronic method(s) designated by the OFLC Administrator. For employers permitted to file by mail as set forth in § 655.130(c), the CO will send the Final Determination notice by means normally assuring next day delivery.
