{"data":{"id":"us/20-cfr-802.305","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"20 CFR 802.305","heading":"Request for oral argument.","body":"(a) During the pendency of an appeal, but not later than the expiration of 20 days from the date of receipt of the response brief provided by § 802.212, any party may request oral argument.
