The ADI for total residue of spectinomycin is 25 µg/kg of body weight per day.\n(b) Tolerances. The tolerances for spectinomycin are:\n(1) Cattle. (i) Kidney (target tissue): 4 ppm spectinomycin (marker residue).\n(ii) Muscle: 0.25 ppm.\n(2) Chickens and turkeys. Edible tissues (excluding eggs): 0.1 ppm.\n(3) Swine. Edible tissues: Not required.\n(c) Related conditions of use.
