The color additive D\u0026C Red No. 7 shall conform in identity and specifications to the requirements of § 74.1307 (a)(1) and (b).\n(b) Uses and restrictions. The color additive D\u0026C Red No. 7 may be safely used for coloring cosmetics generally in amounts consistent with current good manufacturing practice.\n(c) Labeling requirements. The label of the color additive shall conform to the requirements of § 70.25 of this chapter.\n(d) Certification.
