The color additive D\u0026C Red No. 27 shall conform in identity and specifications to the requirements of § 74.1327 (a)(1) and (b).\n(b) Uses and restrictions. D\u0026C Red No. 27 may be safely used for coloring cosmetics generally in amounts consistent with current good manufacturing practice.\n(c) Labeling requirements. The label of the color additive shall conform to the requirements of § 70.25 of this chapter.\n(d) Certification.
