{"data":{"id":"us/22-cfr-1424.6","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"22 CFR 1424.6","heading":"Position of the Department; time limits for filing; service.","body":"(a) Within thirty (30) days after the date of receipt by the Secretary of a copy of the petition for review of a negotiability issue the Department shall file a statement—\n(1) Withdrawing the allegation that the duty to bargain in good faith does not extend to the matter proposed to be bargained; or\n(2) Setting forth in full its position on any matters relevant to the petition which it wishes the Board to consider in reaching its decision, including a full and detailed statement of its reasons supporting the allegation.
