{"data":{"id":"us/22-cfr-19.7-5","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"22 CFR 19.7-5","heading":"-5 Limitations.","body":"(a) A spousal agreement may not provide for any payment from the Fund in excess of the amount otherwise authorized to be paid, or at a time not authorized by these regulations, or to a person other than a spouse or former spouse.\n(b) A spousal agreement must be filed with the Department, Attention PER/ER/RET, and accepted by that office as in conformance with the Act and these regulations prior to the times specified in §§ 19.7-2 and 19.7-3.
