{"data":{"id":"us/22-cfr-192.44","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"22 CFR 192.44","heading":"Maximum limitation on benefits.","body":"(a) In no event may assistance be provided under this subpart for any individual for a period in excess of 45 months, or the equivalent thereof in part-time education or training.\n(b) The eligibility of a spouse for benefits under paragraph (c) or (d) of § 192.41 shall expire on a date which is 10 years after the date of the release of the captive or the death of the captive while in captivity, respectively.
