(B) The export, reexport, or in-country transfer to or in the Russian Federation of any energy or energy product produced in the United States. (2) DefinitionsIn this subsection, the terms “export”, “in-country transfer”, and “reexport” have the meanings given those terms in section 4801 of title 50.
