(b) Limitations(1) Not more than $15,000,000 of the funds referred to in subsection (a) may be made available for programs authorized in subsection (b)(6) of section 5952 1 of this title. (2) Not more than $20,000,000 of such funds may be made available for programs authorized in subsection (b)(7) of section 5952 1 of this title. (3) Not more than $40,000,000 of such funds may be made available for grants to the Demilitarization Enterprise Fund designated pursuant to section 5953 1 of this title and for related administrative expenses.
