{"data":{"id":"us/23-cfr-661.37","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"23 CFR 661.37","heading":"What are the funding limitations on an individual TTF bridge project?","body":"The following funding provisions apply in administration of the TTFBP:\n(a) There are no funding limitations on an individual TTF bridge application, but the PE estimated cost will be based on the following fee scale:\nEstimated Construction Cost:\nUp to $1,000,000—Use up to 20% for PE\n$1,000,000 to $5,000,000—Use up to 15%-20% for PE\n$5,000,000 to $10,000,000—Use up to 10%-15% for PE\nOver $10,000,000—Use up to 10% for PE\n(b) Requests for additional funds for PE or construction may be submitted along with proper justification to FHWA for consideration. The request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
